The ADEL mission statement

ADEL (Economic Development Agency of Loiret) was created in 1983 at the initiative of the General Council of Loiret, keen on obtaining an economic lever to encourage the setting up and development of companies in the Loiret department.

A voluntary, non-profitmaking organization, ADEL’s Board of Directors represents a cross-section of all the institutional stakeholders in Loiret who have an interest in the economic development of the department (Local Authorities, Chambers of Commerce and Employer’s Union).



With its 11 strong team, ADEL is ISO 9001-certified for all its missions, which run mainly along the following lines:

• Canvassing for investment projects with French and foreign companies
• Presenting sites and solutions for setting up business in Loiret
• Supporting companies in their administrative procedures with Local Authorities and State Services and any other partners.
• Providing an Employee Welcoming Service aimed at facilitating the integration and settling-in of company employees arriving in Loiret to work
• Encouraging business development, in particular via the Cosmetic Valley, S2E2, Elastopôle and DREAM water and environments business clusters
• Company monitoring in Loiret
• Supporting restructuring
• Advising the municipal and inter-municipal bodies in Loiret
